Refund policy
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Customers must pay for the return label.
- Customers should keep proof of postage for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or not received in transit.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To request a return, you must contact us first by email before sending any items back.
- Customers will be sent a return address to send the item back to once their return is approved.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused. And sent back to you.
